Bag body: The material of the bag body is mostly composite materials, common combinations include plastic film and aluminum foil, paper, etc. Plastic film provides flexibility and basic barrier properties, aluminum foil can effectively block oxygen, moisture and light, extend product shelf life, paper can improve the texture of packaging and printing adaptability. For example, a common juice suction bag may be composed of an outer printing paper, aluminum foil in the middle, and an inner layer of food-grade plastic film in contact with the contents. The shape of the bag body is more flexible, common square, rectangular, etc., some will also be designed to be easy to hold the concave and convex lines or handle structure, convenient for consumers to use.

Material selection

Food-grade plastic: The inner material in direct contact with the contents is usually food-grade polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP), which is safe and non-toxic, in line with food packaging hygiene standards, has good flexibility and chemical resistance, and can adapt to the characteristics of different foods, such as acidic juice, gas-containing beverages, etc.

Aluminum foil: As a barrier layer, aluminum foil has excellent barrier properties, can effectively block oxygen, water vapor, light and odor, to prevent food oxidation, moisture and deterioration. For example, in coffee suction bags, aluminum foil works well to preserve the aroma and flavor of coffee.

Printing layer material: The outer material mainly considers printing adaptability and aesthetics, commonly used polyester film (PET) or paper. PET film has good transparency and mechanical properties, the printing effect is clear and bright; Paper gives people a kind of environmental protection, rustic feeling, and easy to print a variety of beautiful patterns and text, enhance the visual appeal of the product.
