Structural characteristics

Material selection

Double-layer plastic composite film: such as polyester/polyethylene (PET/PE), nylon/polyethylene (NY/PE), suitable for general packaging, does not require high temperature cooking, can transparently display the contents, allowing consumers to intuitively see the product.

Double-layer plastic high temperature cooking film: like polyester/polypropylene (PET/CPP), nylon/polypropylene (NY/CPP), has high temperature resistance, can withstand high temperatures above 110℃-120℃, suitable for food packaging that needs high temperature cooking.

Three layers of aluminum-plastic composite film: composed of aluminum foil and plastic film, has good barrier property, can effectively block oxygen, moisture, light, etc., extend the shelf life of products, often used in packaging food, medicine and so on with higher preservation requirements.

Cangzhou Yongsheng Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Dongguang County Economic Development Zone, established in 1998, mainly engaged in the production ofmedium and high-grade plastic automatic packaging films and various types of bags for the food and daily chemical industries.  The workshop covers an area of 10,000 square meters with an annual output value of over 80 million yuan.  The company currently employs 50 people and possesses more than 20 advanced equipmentincluding fully automatic electronic shaft high-speed printing machines, laminating machines, inspection machines, slitting machines, and bag-making machines, as well as over 10 advanced inspection and testing equipment.
